Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Meme IDIATOR (memeidiator.com). By using the site you accept them.
1. Who can use Meme IDIATOR
You must be 13 or older to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you. You are responsible for what happens in your account, so keep your password private.
2. Your memes
You keep the rights to what you make. When you publish a meme, you give Meme IDIATOR a free, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to store, show and share it on the site (for example in the feed and on your profile) for as long as it is published. When you delete a meme, we stop showing it.
Only publish pictures you have the right to use: your own photos, pictures you have permission for, or the backgrounds made on the site. Do not use other people's photos (for example news or celebrity photos) unless you are allowed to.
3. What is not allowed
- Nudity, sexual content, or any sexual content involving minors (we report child sexual abuse material to the authorities).
- Intimate images of a person shared without their consent, including fake or AI-made ones.
- Content that infringes copyright or trademarks.
- Hate, threats, violence or gore, and bullying or harassing a real person.
- Passing off an edited or AI-made picture as real to mislead people, including about elections. Label AI-made content.
- Spam, scams, or using the site to break the law.
- Trying to get around our limits, filters or bans.
We check pictures automatically before they are published, and people can report memes. We may hide or remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, especially repeat offenders.
4. Reporting and removal requests
Use the Report button on a meme, or the Report content form. Intimate images shared without consent are hidden as soon as we receive a valid request and removed within 48 hours, as required by the TAKE IT DOWN Act.
Copyright (DMCA)
If you believe a meme infringes your copyright, send a notice through the Report content form with: your contact details, the work you own, the link to the meme, a statement of good faith, a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them, and your signature. Our designated DMCA agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (registration DMCA-1085390). If your meme was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same place.
5. Free and Pro plans
Making memes is free. Free memes carry a "Memeidiator.com" watermark, and free accounts can publish up to 20 memes a day with 25 MB of space. Pro removes the watermark and raises the limits (100 a day, 250 MB). We may change these limits; we will tell you before changes that affect paid plans.
Billing
Pro costs $1.99 a month or $15.99 a year, plus any sales tax. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your profile (Manage subscription). Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. Payments are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires it. If you were charged by mistake, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.
6. The service
We work to keep Meme IDIATOR running, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop features. To the extent the law allows, Meme IDIATOR is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
7. Closing your account
You can ask us to delete your account and your memes at any time (see Privacy). We may close accounts that break these terms.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; when the changes are important we will tell you on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
